Nakia Robinson is a Maryland native who has always had a passion for writing. She has been employed in the healthcare industry for over fifteen years. With such a demanding job, to alleviate some of the stress Nakia began writing. Soon her creative side took over and her first novel, You Call That Love was created.

Soon after her company, Right About It Publications was established. Since the release of her first novel in June 2013, Nakia published three additional titles in the series, Love Me Right, Love Will Never Do and All 4 Love, all within one year.
Nakia recently released the fifth book in the series, Your Love Is My Drug and is currently working on a sixth book, Love the Way You Lie. Due to her unique style, Nakia was asked to write the memoir of Joyce Edwards, Living in the Darkest Life, which will also be released this year.

Nakia credits music as an influence and uses songs to title each book and its chapters. Ultimately, she wants readers to not only enjoy reading her novels but feel the story. Nakia resides in Maryland with her husband and three children.
