Mr. Marlo Hargrove, Sr; is a God-fearing man. He was born and raised in Baltimore City. He was orphaned early in his life, due to common inner-city issues that impact many families by alcohol and drugs. He became part of the negative environment which lasted for 20 years and used his personal tragedy as a catalyst to help others get out of the trenches of the negative environment that they may find themselves in. He founded and Director of F.A.C.E Program (Freedom Advocates Celebrating Ex-Offenders) based in Baltimore City, where he strives to assist returning citizens on becoming a productive member of society after coming home from incarceration. He provides reliable resources and temporary housing so they can be able to re-establish their lives. Mr. Marlo A. Hargrove, Sr; has been married for over 10 years and has 4 children, 3 Daughters, and 1 Son. He is a born-again Christian and he will bless you with his knowledge about life situations that had torn him apart, but with the help of the Lord, made him even stronger and stand before you today with over 15 years clear of sobriety.
