Peggy Dupree joins us again this evening to discuss alternatives to guardianship and the USA Guardiaship Task Force. 

How wards and families will have to forfeit more of their rights to the state. A “ward” is by definition, a prisoner of the state.  As such, they have few if any rights or protections. Now, as supported decision making for seniors and others who may  need assistance, is gaining so much support bills are surfacing which appear to provide this alternative but instead create more government control.

The corrupt probate system facilitates the theft of 5-10 BILLION annually from seniors captured in this system.  Guardianship has never been about protecting and caring for the elderly or disabled.  It has always been a system of theft regardless of the harm to the living breathing man or woman.
