Today's  quest is Katina Mclinton Owner of Fresh Start Development and National Association of Black Women in Construction, Legislative Chair.  Graduating from HCC with a AA liberal Arts degree in 2005. I Also received my Mortgage broker license.I started my experience of rehabbing houses starts in Dec 14, 2001.I’ve bought and sold over 100 houses in the last 10years.I started Fresh Start Development, Inc in 2005.During this time obtained my General Contractor license in 2007. I am also certified with Hillsborough County School Board, City of Tampa
