It is generally taught that YAH is short for Yahweh/YHWH. The name YAH appears 49 times in 45 verses in the Hebrew Concordance of the KJV Bible. The name YAH first appears in Exodus 15:2; The LORD(YAH) [is] my strength and song, and he is become my salvation: he [is] my God, and I will prepare him an habitation; my father's God, and I will exalt him. The name YAH is found through out many names in scripture. For example; NehemiaYAH,IsaiYAH,YeremiaYAH,Joshua/YAHoshua, ObadYAH,MichaYAH,ZephanYAH,ZecharYAH,EliYAH and HalleluYAH. As you can see, the name of THE MOST HIGH IS HIDDEN IN THE NAMES OF HIS PEOPLE. John 5:43 says; "I am come in my Father's Name". This means Yahshua carried His Father's Name in his name and He came in His Father's authority. Just as today the family name is passed on from father to son, we would expect YAHshua to bear the name of the Heavenly Father, AND His authority. In the Middle East a name carries far more significance, purpose and encompasses deeper implications than names in today's Western society. This is a reason the Savior was born in a Middle East society that even today holds one's name in high regard. The Savior, YAHshua indeed came in the name of His Father, for His name means "the Salvation of YAH." His name contains the sacred, unspeakable, poetic, heavenly family name YAH! Jesus is not the Son's Name; jesus does not have the Father's Name in it, YAHshua's Name which means "YAH-Saves" tells what YAHweh will do through YAHshua, which is; save the world from their sins, through YAHshua's blood. The original language of YAHweh's people is Hebrew and the Hebrew Name for our Saviour is YAHshua, but being translated from Hebrew to Greek to Latin to English we end up with what we have the world calling our Saviour today, which is Jesus; which stems from the greek- latin word iesous which is a greek god zeus. "But surely", not the Son of YAH/Yahweh our Saviour. Our Saviour, the Son of Yahweh, name was, is, and will be YAHshua!
