The basic definition of RULE is discipline or power to determine, settle, govern, control, have power over, command, prevail, and decide. To Rule means to resolve, decide, restrict, ascertain and bring to an conclusion and give direction.To control, dominant, regulate, exercise power over, and manage YOUR SELF NOT OTHERS! The Hand of the Diligent shall rule or self and his/her gift(s).
