THE BADGE OF CHRISTIANITY - part TWO

In part two we will break down the definition of LOVE; which is the substance or spirit of the badge!

THE MARK OF DISTINCTION OF CHRISTIANITY
THE SYMBOL OF CHRISTIANITY

"A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another, even as I have loved you, that you also love one another. John 13:34

My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. John 15:12

Do not seek revenge or bear a grudge against one of your people, but love your neighbor as yourself. I am the LORD.  Lev 19:18

But I tell you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,  Matt 5:44
 

THE BADGE, SIGN OR SYMBOL OF CHRISTIANITY SHOULD BE LOVE! A new commandment I give unto you, that you love one another. THAT IS THE BADGE OF CHRISTIANITY. 

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.  Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.  It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
1 Cor 13:4-7
