What is Guilt? What is Guile? What is the difference between transgression, sin and iniquity?

Blessed [is he whose] transgression [is] forgiven, [whose] sin [is] covered.

Blessed [is] the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit [there is] no guile.  Psalm 32:1-2

The work of the Spirit is linked with the work of the Son—when the Son removes guilt, the Spirit removes guile. He who takes away our offenses, also cures our deceit.
