THE CRAFTSMAN OF THIS UNIVERSE Because the Demiurge was ignorant of his mother and of the Pleroma, "he imagined that he himself was everything" (Against Heresies 1:5:3, cf. also Refutation of Heresies 6:29). As a result, "he imagined himself to be God alone, and declared through the prophets, 'I am God, and besides me there is none else'" (Against Heresies 1:5:4 cf. Isaiah 45:21 see also Refutation of Heresies 6:28, 2nd Apocalypse of James 56:20-57:3). This passage is quite significant. It implicitly identifies the Demiurge with the god of the Old Testament.

The demiurge created and assembled all this and encourages it to evolve. So that it evolves towards him, with the human being ahead. If the experiment with man fails, he will lay his hands on another of his creatures and try again.

If his experiment with humanity fails, he will lay his hands on another of his creatures and try again. THE WORD "SAVED" or "sozo" which means to to save, keep safe and sound, to rescue from danger or destruction, from injury or peril, to save a suffering one (from perishing), i.e. one suffering from disease, to make well, heal, restore to health,to preserve one who is in danger of destruction, to save or rescue!
During your life time (suffering), there comes a moment or at - one - ment in which man gives himself up, surrenders himself and accepts being like the creator of matter. (Saved) He does it so that the torture will stop, not for any other reason!!
