It's important to recognize, WHAT THE WORLD AND PEOPLE around are telling.....non-verbally! Facial expressions, gestures, eye contact, posture, and tone of voice—that is non verbal communication and that speaks the loudest.

Are your words and your actions saying the same thing?

When your nonverbal signals match up with the words you’re saying, they increase trust, clarity, and rapport. When they don’t, they generate tension, mistrust, and confusion.
