THE GOD OF FORCES; THE GOD OF GODS AND THE WAR AGAINST WOMEN = PART 2

TODAY WE CONTINUE WITH PART TWO OF THE GOD OF FORCES 

WHO IS THE GOD OF FORCES!!!!!!!!!!!! And the king shall do according to his will; and he shall exalt himself, and magnify himself above every god, and shall speak marvellous things against the God of gods, and shall prosper till the indignation be accomplished: for that that is determined shall be done. "He will show no regard for the gods of his fathers or for the desire of women, nor will he show regard for any other god; for he will magnify himself above them all. 38"But instead he will honor a god of fortresses, a god whom his fathers did not know; he will honor him with gold, silver, costly stones and treasures. 39"He will take action against the strongest of fortresses with the help of a foreign god; he will give great honor to those who acknowledge him and will cause them to rule over the many, and will parcel out land for a price.… Daniel 11:37-39 The identity of this "god" has been perplexing on a number of levels. For instance, in the first part of the passage it tells us this evil man does not worship "any god" but is said to "magnify himself above all." Yet the very next verse tells us hedoes "honor the god of forces." This seeming inconsistency is actually a significant clue as to the true identity of this enigmatic deity.
