HOW IDENTIFY YOUR UNCONSCIOUS B.S.
AND MANAGE THE UNCONSCIOUS MIND

Unconscious bias refers to a bias that we are unaware of, and happens outside of our awareness. This type of judgement or assessment is carried out instantaneously by your brain, based on past personal experiences, situations and our cultural background.

Mind being stuck in Ego is the source of all human suffering.   To get out of this predicament we must forget and forgive past events, let go of fear and anxiety of possible future events and go into the now.  By denying the ego the importance of past events will dissolve the pain body formed of the past traumatic events.

The mind finds itself on a timeline of past events and future anticipations.  This illusion of time, created by the mind as a reference point in the space-conscious continuum, confuses the subject to the reality of creation.  If a synchronicity is the meaningful relation of two or more events, connected by the mind, is not that similar to the brains neurons forming connections?

Tolle informs us that time is an illusion created by the mind, so the physics idea of space and time is an illusion. Time in the Universe is measured in light-years, which is also a distance, the time is takes to travel light in one year or 5,878,000,000,000 miles. But it only exists because an observer is making a measurement or observation.
