But now, a new documentary "The Other City" is highlighting the fact that there's another Washington DC that's not getting enough attention. Another party to the city filled with crime, poverty, and a public health epidemic. Producer and BET Co-Founder Sheila Johnson says the reason why she made this film was to erase the stigma.
