Cultural Identities: what does it mean for “black” people in America. How can identity give us land rights here in the USA. Who has rights based on color and why? Have “black” people not seen a "black" person has no land rights? Unless, you are connected to indigenous people and we are! We are described as “colored, negro or black”, no land rights! How does that give us indigenous land rights indigenous people in this country hav? Hateful intent and unjust laws prevail, so that we are not able to take advantage of land access rights that indigenous people currently have here; based on treaties indigenous people negotiated at the time of invasions. What if we could prove we are indigenous people here, even though we claim Africa as our Mother Land, and par-take in existing treatises, land, would you? Or would you rather continue to be bamboozled into thinking your “blackness” is enough, like we’ve been duped into thinking “black, negro, colored”, civil rights is actually a law for us in Amerikkka!? No, it’s just an amendment and not a law!
