SATURDAY MORNING 9:00 A.M. FEBRUARY 5, 2022, JOIN THE CONVERSATION BY DIALING 516-453-6065, OR CLICKING THE LINK. February is American Heart Month—a time to reflect on the sobering fact that heart disease remains the number one killer of both women and men in the United States. The good news is you have the power to protect and improve your heart health. To protect your heart, the first step is to learn your own personal risk factors for heart disease. Risk factors are conditions or habits that make you more likely to develop a disease. Risk factors can also increase the chances that an existing disease will get worse.  Matters of the heart affect us to our core, and they also produce effects that determine who we are and who we become. Why is it necessary to protect your heart? What does it mean to protect your heart? It's important to take time to reflect and pause with a self-inventory.  Yet, we often have reasons why others peoples heart matters are more important than our own, causing us to often put our heart on the back burner. Isn't the heart of a man the essence of a man. Your desires, your concerns. your thoughts, your ideas, etc. Do you have heart disease? LET'S TALK ABOUT LOVE BABY. COME HAVE A CUP OF COFFEE ON ME!
