Don't forget to push 1 if you want to join the conversation.  - How do you feel about celebrating yourself? Often, celebrating ourselves lacks the excitement and enthusiasm it has when celebrating others. The reality is that we live in a fast-paced world. We are taught that "accomplishment" means getting as much done in a day as possible. However, too many of us don't take the time to reflect on our accomplishments. When was the last time that you stopped and took a moment to celebrate and reward yourself? If you struggle with this notion, you aren't alone. Many of us have limiting beliefs about ourselves in at least one area of our lives, which decreases confidence. The more that you celebrate yourself, the more your confidence rises. When you do so, you are telling the Universe that you are unstoppable, attracting more positive energy into your life.

We must commit to celebrating who we are and loving ourselves. Make this a habit every day with the things you accomplish. However, you don't need a reason or something you have done to celebrate. Instead, celebrate you for being you. Today let's take a moment and think about what we have accomplished. To love ourselves means to celebrate the very existence of who we are. Hold yourself in high regard. You deserve it. So grab your mug and fill it up. COME HAVE A CUP OF COFFEE ON ME!
