The movie is loosely based on the Agojie, aka the DAHOMEY AMAZONS, an all-female military regiment in West Africa in the 1800s. Do these types of visuals program the subconscious mind to intentionally align with the STRONG INDEPENDENT BLACK WOMAN trope that many BLACK WOMEN reject today?  Or is this BLACK MEN once again unable to process the success of a BLACK WOMAN, in this case, VIOLA DAVIS, as the director and lead actor in a movie depicting BLACK WOMEN as powerful? MENTAL DIALOGUE asking the questions America's afraid to ask. ALL I ASK IS THAT YOU THINK
