Uplifting Communities

Join us this Sunday February 26, 2017 our guest will be Tommy Ray Cole Sr. He is a family man, actor, community activist and play writer. As an actor, he can be seen in movies such as “Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins,” Strange Fruit”, “The HURRICANE SEASON “and “GOOD BOY” and a host of other films and television series. With all these outstanding credits under his belt, he still makes time for others and his community, from him giving back and or giving of himself, writing books or writing a play. 
He gives back to the community in his own way. He makes time to mentor those struggling with life issues, whether it's family issue(s), or mental challenges. He also assists the elderly as caregiver compacity with things such as companionship, making doctor appointments, take them to the groceries stores, or helping them to pay bills. 
As an author, he has written two books “IN THIS JOURNEY WITH SONG'S IN MY HEART, and BEEN THROUGH HELL. These books are written transparency and honesty with the hope to inspire healing and self-reflection. As a play writer, he writes about family issues and how to maintain and sustain a healthy family. He does this with his Gospel Stage Play titled "BROKEN TRUST".
