Born in Creole, LA, reared in Lake Charles, graduate of Washington H.S and McNeese State University, former Special Educator with Calcasieu Parish School Board and Co-Founder of Successful Self Inc., a 501 C(3) non- profit re-entry ministry, with husband, Gene R. Hill, Sr, of 26 years.
 

Together, they reside in Lake Charles and share their faith and belief in Jesus Christ and a blended, extended and nuclear family of 15 children, 33 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
