Joined today in the studio by the 19 year NBA veteran, the legend Charles Oakley. We hear about Oak’s diet and workout regime in his mid 50’s and all the charities he now has time for since  he’s been off the court. We take a look back at his iconic 18 year career starting from where he was when he got the call that he was drafted out of Virginia Union. Then about his first meeting with Michael Jordan while teammates on the bulls. We talk about the trade that brought him to the Big Apple, and his favorite hangouts while living here. Oakley and I talk about those beloved 90’s knicks team, what made them special, how they couldn’t get passed MJ and how they would fair today against The Warriors.
