Ramona Ragland is a Richmond, VA native; an east coast girl. Family is a priority to her. She comes from a large family, who means the world to her. 

She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. She has been a professional in Corporate America for almost twenty years, serving as a trainer, content creator, mentor, auditor, among other things. Last year, she started her own business, as a writer for others. She is a certified Master Trainer, and is currently pursuing her Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
