Filmmaker Ben Cresciman drops by Movie Addict Headquarters to discuss Sun Choke, his new psychological thriller. A perfect melding of style and substance, Sun Choke has received rave reviews. This unique film, written and directed by Cresciman, stars Sarah Hagan as a young woman trying to get well and Barbara Crampton as her longtime nanny. When things go wrong with their relationship, the horrors begin. Cresciman, who grew up in Los Angeles, admits that director David Lynch and his Mulholland Drive have influenced his work. After finishing his first film Negative Space, Cresciman was accepted into the USC screenwriting MFA program. Sun Choke is his second feature film.
