The passage of Labor Day means another summer movie season has come and gone, and as is tradition here at the MovieFilm Podcast, we’re taking the opportunity to look back and take stock. From Avengers: Infinity War to The Incredibles 2, from Solo: A Star Wars Story to Skyscraper, from Ocean’s Eight to The Meg, the summer was stocked mega-blockbusters, would-be-hits, pleasant surprises, and outright bombs, and we have some thoughts on the critical and box office fortunes of all of them.
