Jarmar is a renowned Mexican singer, composer, and artist born in Mexico City and now based in Guadalajara who has performed in major Mexican festivals and stages throughout her career.  She has toured Ecuador, Cuba, the United States, Canada, France, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, and Germany.   She has produced 15 albums, including The invisible thread, which won a Latin Grammy in 2016 as the best classical music album of the year.  Her voice has a range that encompasses the deep emotions of the Mexican love songs and boleros she is famous for.  She joins us a week before she is scheduled to give a concert locally and is now working on a new album.
