How many of you have had your eye on something in your parent's home and your parents told you that you were going to get it when they pass?  Now, how many of you have had your parents pass with NO WILL? The reality is that if you have siblings, dealing with a parent's estate if they left no will can cause all kind of issues.

Part 2:  Parent vs. Sibling

How many parents have the attitude that they don't have to worry about planning for death?   In other words, let your kids figure it out.   However, families have been broken up due to not knowing the wishes of their parents.
