Why it is important to use your personal network in a personal crisis

In a crisis, we often have a tendency to believe we should face the challenges alone.  And, in doing so, we completely overlook all of the people around us who can help us.  Let's take a moment to talk about what it means to face a crisis with our personal network and what it's important to use that network.
