Life advice to 4 graduate versions of my younger self

If I had the chance to give life advice to my younger self, what would it be?   I realized that there is no way to merely give advice to myself that would address the entire span of my life.  So I decided to give myself advice for specific ages when I graduated from schools:  18 years old, 21 years old, 25 years old and 31 years old.
