Turning 50 and wondering if it is too late to start a new career

At 53 years age, I have often wondered what the next phase of my professional life will look.  To my surprise, many of my 50 plus friends are asking the same question.  If you are 50 and trying to figure out what to do next or if you are looking 50 in the future and wondering what next will look like, take a moment to listen as I talk about some things to consider.
