Exzavior Hargrove, was labeled with an IEP from grade school.  In elementary school, Exzavior, designed set designs in the fine arts! Exzavior Hargrove, survived the unjust system of an IEP!  Exzavior, a graduate of higher learning, is a Motivational  Speaker, Actor,  Voice Impressionists, Producer Assistant on major televison shows.  Exzavior Hargrove, enjoys doing voice impressions to make people smile, laugh and enjoy what they hear!

Woods, is an Educator, with 40 years of Experience!  Rhonda, is an Advocate for Student's Rights deaing with IEP's /504's and more!  Rhonda B.  Woods, is an Actress, Photo Journalist, Radio Talk Show and Cable Television Personality of "Voices of Mass Discussion" and a  Social Justice Activist,  just to name a few which qualifies her to speak on IEP/504's
