My guest is Retired, Judge Russell W. Hartigan, who retired from the bench and became President of the Illinois State Bar Association in 2017.  Former Judge Hartigan practiced law for over 33 years, during which time he handled several memorable state and federal cases. He was appointed to the bench by the Illinois Supreme Court in 2010 and was elected to a six-year term in March 2012.

While seated Judge Russell Hartigan was Installed as 141st President of Illinois State Bar Association.  Russell W. Hartigan is seeking the County-Wide Judge Seat for 2022.
