Tonight's special guest is Dr. Lena G. Clark from Alpharetta, Georgia, a Domestic Violence survivor, coach and author. She has two sisters, and is the mother of four beautiful children. "My abuse was domestic abuse by my husband," she explains, "who committed suicide after being diagnosed with depression and schizophrenia." She goes on, "Often I was verbally and emotionally abused due to his sickness. I would often experience my husband going through tremendous mood swings. I was able to get away from my husband after he passed." Today she considers herself healed from her negative feelings. "I started my healing journey a couple of years after my husband's death. I started writing my book, entitled 'An Amazing Mind'. Lena is now  at peace. She says, "I assist others by coaching and mentoring. Currently, I'm a Mindset Coach and I have a Ph.D. in mental health care." As author of 'An Amazing Mind', she speaks at various groups, churches and schools. A reader on Amazon describes the book saying, 'This is one of the most heartfelt books I have read. Lena's takes you on her journey of love, frustration, pain, and the infinite love of God as she tells you her story. Her words illuminate strength and the courage to reach out to others who may be struggling trying to understand a major mental health issue such as suicide. I feel her passion and respect the work she has done to bring this issue to the forefront.'
