The act of docility is a matter of Civil War - Is Barbadian History a Lie?

BARBADOS (Naked Departure)  When you look at the history of Barbados, timeline events seem forced and contrived.  It’s almost like the entire history of the island is a forgery.  Who landed first; why do Barbadians speak English instead of Portuguese or Spanish; when did the first slaves arrive; when did slavery end and ratified in Parliament, and Barbados’s boasting of  377 years of democracy.  Was there a genocide not recorded in history?  It’s like Barbadians are living a big, fat lie.  To think that you are taught, in school, of vessels sailing the oceans and docking in the island chains and oppressing the natives; and you do not look at what is happening now, with the euphemistically named ‘cruise liners’, and make some sort of connection of how these people still continue to make their money and affect and impact the environment and the lives of people…is absolutely amazing.  Now, you PAY to go on these ships as you are no longer packed and chained in the hulls.  And every now and then, noroviruses on these vessels sicken entire families causing quarantines.  Every now and then, someone falls over (suicides) the side of the ship.  Every now and then, filth, garbage and oil are dumped in the ocean.  Every now and then, we hear seamen complaining of low wages and working conditions that resemble slavery.  The universe is giving you the clues but Bajans are not known for paying attention — they’d rather read it in a book.
