Water Crisis since 2015! A poor man's disease of discomfort

BARBADOS (Naked Departure)  IS THE PARLIAMENTARY REPRESENTATIVES for these areas also affected, or is this a poor man's disease of discomfort?!!

NO WATER SINCE NOVEMBER 2015, but still getting a water bill, still being threatened with disconnection of service, BUT NO WATER SINCE NOV. 2015.  The people of St Joseph want water coming from their taps and they are not prepared to hear anything about service standards for the Barbados Water Authority.  The residents vented their concerns recently as a team from the Fair Trading Commission visited the parish to continue consultations on a proposed standards of service for the BWA at the Grantley Adams Memorial School.
