The Rock & Roll Shrink Radio Show Ep. 71 - Cluster Bs (Narcissists, etc.) Part 2

Tonight’s show is called, “Cluster Bs (Narcissists, Antisocials, Histrionics, & Borderlines) Part 2.”

Tonight is a continuation of our last show on this same topic, which turned out to be full of more information than we could handle in one hour, so we extended the remainder to tonight’s show.

Most of us have heard several of these mental health disorder terms thrown around in social media and pop culture media, but few laypersons have a very accurate understanding of what they mean, and the appropriate times to use them.

We have covered bits and pieces of all these pathologies in prior episodes but have never dedicated an entire show just to the famous Cluster Bs, which are one of the most often discussed mental health topics that we have covered on this show (aside from Depression and Suicide.)

Then, we will talk about coping with persons who have any of the four diagnoses within the Cluster.

Tonight, we will discuss:

• A continued understanding of the 4 Cluster B disorders (starting with Histrionics)
• How to cope with Cluster B disorders, as someone who has one or as someone who has a loved one who has one.

We'll start off the evening with some topic-relevant Classic Rock played by Dr. Mathis, followed by Classic Rock trivia in "The Rock & Roll Shrink Recalls," followed by our topic discussion.
