Last week we began our discussion with Depression and Anxiety. This week’s discussion is “Eating Disorders.” And, we would like to note this may be a sensitive subject matter for some.
Eating disorders are mental illness which people experience severe disturbances and related thoughts in emotions. Our focus today is Anorexia Nervosa, and Binge eating.
