• We have a short amount of time.  All callers are limited to 1 question and we will be managing readings to no more than 4 minutes.  If you go past the allotted time and do not end as asked your call will be dropped.
• Stay active and aware when waiting for your turn.  If we come to your line and there is no response, you will be moved to the end of the queue.
• We will have a rotation of practitioners for this event,  Practitioners will give readings by their rotation.  Please do not request a specific reader.  All our readers are amazing!
• No general messages, please.  Have your specific question ready for the reader.  A brief description is encouraged but please be courteous of your fellow callers and keep your ask to no more than 1 minute.
• Turn your radio down in the background to minimize interference
• There are many ways to connect with and hear the radio program.  To manage the switchboard participation, when your message is complete you will be disconnected to make room in the switchboard.  Please do not dial back into the program, we ask that you access the program over the internet.
