With the advent of social media, bullying no longer just occurs on school grounds. It can occur off-campus, on weekends and at non-school related events. What are the district’s responsibilities when bullying occurs off-campus and/or outside the confines of the school day, but the conduct impacts its students at school? This session will explore the boundaries of the school-house gate when it involves cyberbullying and how technology and altered this evolving landscape.
