The Detroit Exoneration Program

The Detroit Exoneration Program was established by Human Rights Policy Officers to counter the afflictions from a legal system that is not impartial and which victimizes those already suffering from Human Rights abuses which help lead to criminal activities in the first place.

The legal system claims to represent The People hence when one goes to court you will hear or read: “The People of................. versus so and so”. We must become aware that as “The People” we have the power and right to also drop whatever charges were given in OUR name.

Due to the unfair social-economic conditions that have caused most criminal activity along with a racially-biased legal system, it has been decided to exonerate all individuals convicted and facing conviction for non-violent crimes. This exoneration can only happen by the consent of the people. Therefor a referendum/vote or withdrawal of consent has been scheduled to take place on July 4, 2018 at the Detroit City Hall wherein The People will consent to a interim authority with a new policy to clear those charged by the current system. The fact that “POLITICAL POWER IS INHERENT IN THE PEOPLE” will be exercised that day!
