Should We Be Paying For Natural Resources???

Lets Define Natural Resources-1)Needful Resources that are Grown Naturally from The Earth 2)they Occur Naturally within Environments that Exist relatively undisturbed by mankind (Now why would GOD Grow thees things there???...Maybe because HE Knew and Knows What Mankind is goin to do with them...u know act like its theirs). GOD OWNS THE WHOLE EARTH and Everybody and Everything doesn't HE???
