Have you tried positive affirmation and felt like they didnt work? If you dont believe the "mantra" you are repeating, does it happen? OR does your mind reject it because it doesnt believe it.

On the other hand when we ask a question our mind begins to try to find an answer. Then you need to learn to be sure to ask questions that help you go the direction you are heading. if we ask ourselves what am I broke, why am I so fat or other negative questions our mind looks for the answer. And in finding the answer we create the negative outcome we have been asking ourselves.
