The Build Montana proposal for the 2017 session will be modeled after the bipartisan SB 416 (which failed a year ago to the day, by one vote in the House). It will fund drinking water systems, wastewater systems, bridges, roads, capital projects, and school improvements. Some of the funds will be prioritized for areas that have been impacted by things like natural resource development and unexpected population growth.
