We continue our introspective look at courage by examining how CHANGE is a necessary course of action for us all.

We’ll use a number of quotes and sayings to see how WE must first change ourselves before we can change the world around us.

Change can be difficult and unsettling. It can be disruptive and uncomfortable. It moves us from the known to the unknown…and that uncertainty can make us afraid. The mere thought of change can stop us from moving forward. And in our stationery position, we can actually move backwards when we resist change.

Today we’ll explore how or courage can be met by the changes we take on and make our own. We’ll name it, claim it and own it so that we can move forward to our rightful place in society.
