Let’s look at the definition of mind games based on the urban dictionary,

mind games- an extremely unsuspected or well-planned out trick that others do not know is upon them until it’s too late.

Now here is the Webster definition- a psychological tactic used to manipulate or intimidate. Now let’s be honest, how many of you have used some tactic to win over your man or woman?
