Our guests this morning are Don Szerlip, Annette Gallardo and Mariam Razzaghi from the North Redondo Beach Business Association and they’re here to tell us about one of their upcoming community events.

Don Szerlip has had a successful career in marketing, public relations, regional/local government, non-profit and business organizations, as well as a background creating advertising, merchandising and communications programs for various B2B and B2C enterprises.

Mariam Razzaghi has been the Marketing Coordinator at South Bay Galleria for over 4 years. A marketing enthusiast, Miriam is a life-long South Bay resident, growing up and attending school in Redondo Beach. She graduated with honors from Loyola Marymount University in 2014 with a degree in Business Marketing. She has a strong passion for all things travel, retail, and tech!

Annette Gallardo is the Owner/Founder of the South Bay School of Cooking. Now, take a professional chef who cooked around the greater Los Angeles area for a dozen years; mix it with a dash of dancing with herbs as a former restaurant reviewer; and just for the heck of it, add a splash of merry steel drum music making.

This morning, we’re going to learn about the upcoming Walkabout Redondo taking place this Saturday, May 20 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the Artesia corridor. Registration for the event will take place at the Redondo Beach Parks & Recreation Building.
