Our guests this morning are Jason Cusick and Greg Piken with Journey of Faith in Manhattan Beach.

As Lead Pastor, Jason Cusick has a heartfelt desire to help people understand and be transformed by the Bible. Jason leads the Pastoral and Elder Teams as well as facilitates vision casting, leadership direction, and cultural engagement. Jason and his wife Marie met in college and have three children. Jason and Marie have been actively involved in ministry together including small groups, Celebrate Recovery and premarital mentoring. Before joining the Journey of Faith staff in 2004, Jason served as a hospital chaplain and bioethics consultant at UCLA Medical Center and Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center. He has a Bachelor’s in Behavioral Science, a Master’s in Christian Ministry and Leadership, and a Doctor of Ministry in Leadership, Counseling, and Preaching from Talbot School of Theology at Biola University. Jason is a Board Certified Chaplain with the Association of Professional Chaplains and is the author of several books.

As Community Pastor, Greg is passionate about helping others discover who God has created them to be. He oversees first step environments that help people connect to the life of the church, as well as local outreach efforts designed to help meet the needs of the community. You’ll often catch him on a Sunday doing announcements, teaching, singing, or greeting people in the lobby.

This morning, we’re going to learn about Journey of Faith and the programs and services they offer.
