Our guest this morning is Jayne Justice, a Certified Holistic Health Counselor and Fitness Instructor.

Jayne has been involved in dance, fitness, sports, and nutrition her whole life. She received her BS in Nutrition from William Woods University and completed her Dietetic Internship at the University of Iowa City Hospitals and Clinics. After having graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, she focused on individualized holistic coaching with her clients. Jayne is the author of the Vibrant Living 7 day Detox Program, and a workshop/seminar speaker. Her commitment to teaching and her enthusiasm for ‘feeling good’ is contagious. Her goal is to help as many people find a more vibrant life and empower them to take charge. Jayne is also a fitness instructor at Yoga Cycle and teaches her own Kangoo Blast class.
