Our guest this morning is Dr. Kenneth Wright, candidate for Congress, 33 District.

As a caring physician and pediatric eye surgeon, Dr. Wright has been devoted to the welfare of children for well over 20 years. He has established a foundation for pediatric ophthalmology and an eye clinic for underprivileged children, authored over 100 scientific articles, and most of the textbooks in his field.

Dr. Wright is not a career politician and has real-life leadership experiences both in the public and private sectors. He worked in leadership roles for large institutions including Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Los Angeles County Hospital, USC School of Medicine, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, Cedars Sinai Medical Center, and the Cleveland Clinic. Presently, he owns and runs a successful small business with the responsibility of having dedicated employees and meeting payroll.

Dr. Wright is running for United States Congress (CA D-33). He is determined to roll up his sleeves and attack issues like our struggling economy, need for inner-city revitalization, veteran’s health, immigration reform, and the challenge of keeping America safe. Dr. Wright believes it is time to pull together and do what’s right for America.
