Our guest this morning is Manhattan Beach City Council Member, Richard Montgomery.

Richard is also a past Manhattan Beach City Council Member, having served from 2005 to 2013. A 29 year resident of Manhattan Beach, Richard was born in Houston, Texas and attended the University of Texas at Austin. He served on the Independent Cities Association, was elected by its members to the Board of Directors in 2005 and elected President for 2010-2011. Richard was appointed to the National League of Cities Training Council in 2007 and has been reappointed every year.

We have a big election coming up on November 6 and this morning, we’ll go over the pros and cons of the various Ballot Propositions – all 11 of them.
