Dr. Eliza has a PhD from Harvard and post-doctoral degree from John Hopkins University and has developed special expertise in organizational behavior, productive reasoning, cross-cultural and inter-generational communications and worker engagement. Paresh holds an MBA from Harvard and has served as a professor of business, innovation and entrepreneurship in several MBA programs.
