Our guest this morning is Mark Lipps, the new President and CEO of the Manhattan Beach Chamber.

Mark, a 20+ year resident of Manhattan Beach, is a parent, dog and tortoise owner, homeowner and husband of Tammy Lipps, Chef/Owner of The Ripe Choice, a local catering business. Mark worked for 30 years in the TV industry and was an executive with Fox Broadcasting for 18 years. In addition to his professional life, Mark has been very involved in the community as a graduate of Leadership Manhattan, Community Police Academy and MBCERT; he is a member of MB Rotary and MB Chamber of Commerce; was appointed to a city commission (PPIC); was a Neighborhood Watch Block Captain and has been active in many local volunteer activities. He has also written a popular local newsletter for the last fifteen years called HAPPY FRIDAY, NEIGHBORS.

Mark was recently named President and CEO of the Manhattan Beach Chamber and we’re looking forward to learning what his first 100 days will entail !
